Scales are shaped like any other TI scales. Maybe they could have done something a little more novel for such scale material? Both the heel and toe seem clunky to me. The heel transition from the stabilizers to the edge is awkward and the spike toe on a barber's notch just looks like an edge that has had the rounded toe honed away.
This is just my opinion of course.
:dropjaw: 1500+ Bucks? whadda RIP!!
EGGZACTLY!! After living in Alaska and actually digging up Mammoth Ivory along with walrus ect, it was legal to dig and sell it, far as razor scales you can get highly colored Ivory with character you don't see in this thread for Low Dollars.
There are a few Gent's here that I would rather have restore or make a set of Ivory scales for a razor than any store.
Anyone want's some Mammoth Ivory ect, for scales, let me know and I'll try to hook you up with one of the native Alaskans I know, there you will get the lowest price.
