Have you tried calling them on the phone? There might be a simple explanation, email problems etc.
If that fails I assume you paid by credit card, if that's the case then you could call the provider and start a charge-back for goods ordered and not received.
I'd give em a chance to rectify this though, as I said they sorted both mine and joels refunds ok in the end.
