    Default WARNING

    I would like to warn you about a company called www.style&grooming.com They are a web based co with sites in LONDON & NEW YORK On the22nd of April I ordered &paid for a 7/8 Horn Handled Thier Issard Razor .I recieved an email invioce informing me that it would be with me within the next ten days Needless to say the razor has not arrived . But the big problem is that They Have not responded to any of my emails.So there has been no way to chase up the order or find out what has happened to it.Ive now instructed my card co to try &get me a refund.

    Myself and joel (B&B) had a slight problem with these guys being slow to refund monies for razors we ordered but were then found to be out of stock. They were a bit slow but to be fair they did sort out both of our refunds quite quickly once angry emails were sent.

    Have you tried calling them on the phone? There might be a simple explanation, email problems etc.

    If that fails I assume you paid by credit card, if that's the case then you could call the provider and start a charge-back for goods ordered and not received.

    I'd give em a chance to rectify this though, as I said they sorted both mine and joels refunds ok in the end.

    Im afraid ive got no phone no for them & theyve not replied to any of my emails thats why ive instructed my card co to get me a refund thanks for your info Paul aka sharp&Shiny
