All of the above, add the Lifetime (reaper). Pearlduck is the nickname of the later distributor, Perlson. The first distributor was Bresnick ....... they were stamped Bresduck. Any duck from either period was a good razor.

There is a serious Paddling of Ducks in that thread
I haven't found a bad duck...
I have had a handful of ducks. My favorite one is the number one. It shaves the same as the rest of the ducks, but does not have the fancy scales and sell for 1/4 the price. Perhaps I'm just cheap.
I've got an American market Satinedge. I just couldn't get a good shave with it. I love the look of it. Maybe it needed better honing. Now it just sits in a drawer...never to be used again.
DD had been around a very long time and they sold many different models from a variety of manufacturers but they are all great shavers no matter the era they are from.
The ones from the perlson era are pretty much the same save the name and scales. The exceptions are the satinwedge which was made specifically at the request of barbers and the Wonderedge which is supposed to be made with some cryo steel process.
I bought a Goldedge in 1977 in Cleveland, Ohio it's ok.Attachment 235116Attachment 235117
Just picked this Duck up on Ebay and the description said it is used but it doesn't appear to have been. The case and razor have no hone marks and it is just beautiful. I gave it a touch up on my Escher, Chromium oxide board and English Leather paddle strop and it shaves smooth with no irritation. Just a pleasure to look at and shave with. Things are just Ducky when you have one in your hand.Attachment 235669
