Don't Know the maker but I always liked those ones with a sculpted spine. Shame but you would probably lose all that engraving on the blade with that big stain. I think you could increase the smile and maybe even save that Spanish point.

This pic from one of my first attempts at getting an older razor back into usable shape when I had very little experience..Perhaps I should dig it out and give it another go... I don't have much experience now mind you, but more than I did 18 months ago! Best of luck!
