Don't Know the maker but I always liked those ones with a sculpted spine. Shame but you would probably lose all that engraving on the blade with that big stain. I think you could increase the smile and maybe even save that Spanish point.

Looks to me like Osgood Bray & co. This pic from one of my first attempts at getting an older razor back into usable shape when I had very little experience..Perhaps I should dig it out and give it another go... I don't have much experience now mind you, but more than I did 18 months ago! Best of luck!
