    This thing showed up on a local 2nd hand site...
    It states perfect condition... At first glance I thought it was broken but it seems like it was deliberately made that way

    No clue what those are for but they sure look like they were made deliberately. Pity, ruined a fine razor though. Be interesting to see if anyone has a rational explanation for those.

    no I did not buy the razor - it is still advertised for 30 euro ... never ever bought a razor for 30 euro and certainly not this one although it is described 'in perfect condition'
