    The history of Molise blades has its roots in the fifteenth century, when the area was famous for the production of weapons, but in the mid-eighteenth century an edict of Charles III of Bourbon banned its tradition: the artisans were forced to convert the production of household cutlery and artistic decoration of tools. Within a few decades Campobasso will become one of the most famous cities in all of Europe for the processing of perforated steel ..
