    Default CLR for cleaning tang?

    i have some rust in a tang, would soaking it in CLR help?

    I used CLR metal clear for cleaning my blades, but if I were you, I'd remove the scales and polish it properly. For the jimps, the best thing to use is a wire brush wheel on a dremel.
