    Default Need help Identifying razor

I have two Japanese razors. One is an vintage Eiko from the sixties. The other is the one pictured. I have no information on this blade other than it was difficult to hone but now shaves smooth. The steel seems to be quite hard. Anyone help with some information on this blade?

If you are able to take some close up, clear pics of the kanji, you may be able to get some answers. Hope this helps.

I don't have any information on the make, but that looks like a real nice Japanese razor. The Japanese razors in my collection have quickly become some of my favorites.

I cant help but it is true that an item from the 60s would be vintage. But thats a very fine line when talking straight razors as most of us have 1860s razors. Lol.

Just be excited in being vintage also! A few years back I may have been insulted. But, at 68, I'm started to feel vintage. Your point being made, those of us having pre-1860 blades have 'historic' blades. Vintage is a nice way to say old.
