needed: Meat Chopper advice!!
Okay, pursuant to my last post asking about INOX, I am wanting to get a bigger blade and there are several but I am between the Mella High Class 101 and the Solingen "best silver steel" Both are 7/8s and Carbon steel (I have given up on an 8/8 in carbon for now, saw one option on classicshaving but it is plain jane) Check em out and lemme know what you would do!

I really just want to know which would be a better investment in case I have to part with it down the road. Also, I am not familiar with the Mella name.
