Not these days, no. Before it got its current meaning there were a few in the victorian era. Quite a common name back them. It did continue for a while after as well. Think Fanny Craddock- she was britains first TV chef- taught you how to cook with rations during the war.
Nowadays nobody is called Fanny. Funny that.
