mystery paper in Bengall case

Hi all
Long time viewer, first time poster.
I recently bought a 5/8 Bengall razor at a local antique
store for a steal of AUD$38, all it needs is a bit of a hone,
no tarnish at all, lead spacer creme white handle.

Anyway i found this bit of torn paper in the lid of the box
and was wondering if anyone would be able to complete the
message on it.
