Thread: mystery paper in Bengall case

Hi all
Long time viewer, first time poster.
I recently bought a 5/8 Bengall razor at a local antique
store for a steal of AUD$38, all it needs is a bit of a hone,
no tarnish at all, lead spacer creme white handle.

Anyway i found this bit of torn paper in the lid of the box
and was wondering if anyone would be able to complete the
message on it.

It goes like this... (the slashes denote the tear)
