I think Heljenstrand is in the best shape of all of them, Larson has two deep chips in the edge (1 mm in the middle and 2 mm on the tip) but I think it is possible to save it from the trashcan. Dorner has some rough honing attempt on the ridge, but nothing that polishing and rehoning can't repair.

FWIW, I take something like that Larsen and I don't worry about the rust beyond polishing with Flitz or Maas. I hone the chip out and go from there. You have some potentially good shavers there.
Can you explain the "polishing with Flitz or Maas"? Are they some polishing pastes or what? How deep was the chip in your razor? I think my Larson is 1/4 hollow so eventually I can hone it to full wedge.

If you haven't done so check out the basic honing forum and the videos. Lots of good stuff in newbies corner too. Best of luck with your razors.
I'm checking them again and again, thanks.
