    Default rescaling a Double Arrow

    Hey guys,

I just ordered a DA from the guy on the BAY. Looking through people's review of the razor, it seems that the blade is quite good but that the scales are absolutely useless. As a new guy with absolutely no experience in restoration, I'm interested in buying a replacement 'kit'. I know there are numerous available on various websites from large manufacturers like Dovo and TI, but they seem to only cover razors from 4/8 to 6/8. The seller on Ebay is listing the razor at 7/8. Would anyone know where I could get such a kit to replace it myself?

    Thanks

The some of the Double Arrows will be closer to 7/8. The majority of the ones I've gotten have been closer to a 6/8. The replacement Dovo scales from Classic Shaving would work okay. The pins are easy to bend so go easy when your putting it all together.
