    Default After Shave care

So right now I just wash my blade with dish soap and water. I wash it clean dry it and then keep them in a box with a cloth and some of those silica packets. I have seen different things around here and am curious what I should be doing now that I have about 10 razors in my collection.

I dry mine off then put them away. I have been doing this for well over a year, and no rust yet.

I just wipe mine, and blow between the scales to ensure no water has accumulated there. I have a 5-day rotation and have seen no rust...

After I dry my razors off I just put a coat of mineral oil on them and put them back into my 7-razor leather roll. I probably don't need the oil on them as I dry them off thoroughly, but it puts my mind at ease.

I dry them, then wipe them down with alcohol to get any soap residue then dry them again. I let them air dry for a few minutes and then store them in a wooden drawer thing. If it's really humid, and I'm going away for a few days and won't be running the a/c, I'll apply a layer of mineral oil.
