    Default Sweeney Todd razors?

I apologize if this has been posted before. I was poking around for another razor, and I noticed that NECA is selling a Sweeney Todd shave kit with a "real, shave ready" straight razor. I've also seen other websites listing the prop replica razors as real and shave ready. I was just curious if they're really as good as it's being claimed.

I just don't know if that association appeals to me.

I saw those on Ebay the other day, ranging from 5 to fifteen dollars....which I think says it all. And the fact that they're being sold to fans of Sweeney Todd (fine musical, really) who probably know nothing about SR shaving is kind of scary.

I might buy one for slaughtering chickens, though. That could be fun...the Demon Barber of Meat Street...

Thank you. I was a bit wary of it after reading some of the articles here and on wiki, but now I can't help but wonder about the people who buy it for the purpose of shaving.
