If I had to GUESS the age, I would estimate roughly 70-80 years old.
I'm sure others will be able to more accurately give an estimate as to the age, but in any case, it's unfortunately ready for the trash bin (as far as shaving with it goes).
A search of the European and American patent databases did not reveal a maker or time period.:shrug:
I've done a fair bit of trawling, but can't even find info on when the company existed.
The scales are definitely worth salvaging.

But there is no connecting information there I can find between Moutin & Kirspel and Mundial :shrug:
Another note: "Marque Deposee" is French for "Registered Trademark"

i found it form my grand granddads house..it was hiden under floor..into a paper
The wear on that is kinda cool. Do you have any desire to use it again? It would be nice if you did.
