    My friend has John primble straight razor 1004 from his Grand father ,He would love to know the year??

    Whenever it was made Primbles were a highly regarded outfit, especially the India Steel Works stuff. Their pocket knives and razors are a collectible brand. Your pal probably has a mighty nice shaver there.
