Thanked: 45Teer & Webster restore...my first!
Hello everyone,
First I would like to say what a great forum this is! I've been lurking in the shadows for quite awhile learning all I can from everyone. Thanks! Here is my first restored razor that I won from Ebay awhile back. It was in pretty rough shape with some fairly deep pitting, which I chose not to remove completely in order to preserve the engravings. Scales are birds-eye maple with a brass wedge and pins. The inlay was made from black mother of pearl and leftover tiles that I constructed for guitar rosettes. I still need to hone it and give it a try! I'm looking forward to doing more! Does anyone have information on Teer & Webster razors? I've looked online and in my books and can't come up with anything. I'd like to know when they were manufactured.

Very nicely done!! If this was your first restore I am anxious to see your future work. Keep them coming, you've got the talent to do great things!
