    Default New TI Mine Mine Mine !!!

    So I haven't bought a "New" razor in over 2 years so I broke down I snatched this one up today

    Thiers-Issard Eagle Brand Straight Razor 7/8" blade Red Staminawood Handle France - Knifecenter.com

    Anyone else have one???

    BTW I am planning on following the TI instructions to the letter for "Shave Ready" that should be fun ....


    Now how long do you guys think that "Stamina Wood" is going to really stay on that razor

    I wonder how do those singing TIs shave?
    I got this one:

    Jeez Louise!! Here I am showin' off my old ebay Boker that I got on the cheap and you guys bring on the Bling Bling TIs. It's enough to drive a man to shave! In other words, I guess I need to buy a new TI!

    I love that razor, Glen. I'll be really interested to hear your thoughts. Next year sometime, I'll probably get one of those!

    Stefan I think that is the same blade, BTW they shave really well I have honed quite a few, but I hardly ever buy new razors for myself...

    I thought they are different because yours is 7/8 mine is listed as 6/8 (might be a typo or something) .
    Also do you know what kind of grind is yours? mine is listed as 1/2.

    As I read the description, I was thinking "WTF is STAMINA WOOD?! Those would have to go..."
