My newest razor
I picked this up on sunday and figured what the heck if nothing else I can use it to pratice honing. I was also wondering what is the best way to clean the razor up?

Someone may be able to give you some better advice if you have machinery to use, but if not...
I use wet dry sandpaper in grits from 220 to 2000. If there is any major pitting you can use a lower grit, but I don't see any. If you can find higher grits than 2000, you can basically get the mirror finish most people want. Failing that, some metal polish like MAAS should get you there no problem.

It don't look too bad, Should clean up well. If you go to the Wiki there is a section on restoration and hand sanding

Some restoration work and will be good, old razor made by Jonh Curtin, NY, 1900 - 1920.
