    Default Clauss Barbers Special (Canadian)

I just found a Clauss "Extra Barbers Special" which has the typical Clauss logo script but looks like its from Canada as it says Toro(nto?) On(t?) (letters in brackets worn off). While looking for info online I found a 1904 city directory for Toronto that shows an address for Clauss Henrie Cutlery Co. I'm thinking its probably a branch of the US company, and I am wondering where the razor was actually manufactured and roughly when. The scales look like hard rubber. Any info would be appreciated.
