Help needed Razor I.D.

Hi guys and thanks for looking, i have a real old beat up Razor that I am starting to restore, Nothing new there..lol however The tang is so pitted that now I have removed the crusty red rust I cannot make out the makers name.
The writing that has remained is very clear, its my ignorance that stops me from filling the blanks.
Also I would be very grateful is someone could tell me what the scales are made of? they are almost like a laminated paper? soft enough to easily bend and they are badly warped, I do not intend to use them I just would like to know a little more about them, I think i have another blade with the same sort of scales.

Ok so its a John Sellers and Son I think? and its Arundell st sheffield below?
Any makers info would just be great guys

John Sellers was in Sheffield, in charge of the manufacturing plant.
William Bush Sellers was at 17 Dey Street, New York City in charge of the import offices.
