ID This Kinda Nice Solingen?

I picked this up on eBay pretty reasonably. It's from a "seven day" set of which it's Thursday. The blade bears the logo "Souvenir of Munich" but the only other marking is "Solingen" on the blade.

The inlay at the bottom of the scales is identical to inlay I've seen on a Wacker razor and also on a Revisor, but there is no other marking on this one. I also love the scale material, but have no idea what it is. It has a kind of ivory look, soft off-white with grainlike lines.

If anyone can provide any background, I'd be grateful. I plan to send it in for honing and use it in my rotation…on Thursdays, of course.
