Wait...wait. I can see it now. This is just the begining. Next we will see it with a third blade and a moisturizer strip in between them. We will name it The Straight Strip, for when shaving the skin off your face just isnt enough.

may be this is what makes it Dovo "Special" ?
It looks like what the US Mint does sometimes by letting two coin blanks into the press. Perhaps what we're seeing is the guy running the press accidentally put two pieces of steel into the press and they were forged together through the tons of pressure used to press the blanks...
What I find weird is that it seems a more expensive way to produce razors: fusing/welding the two parts and then plating the blade.
I see no gain in this way of doing it and if there was one, I think they would advertise it.
If it's a freak occurrence, why plate it and not simply scrap it?

I have seen such razors but none have been made by dovo.
Great find, a crispy center with a chewy outer shell, my idea of great shaver, [and candy, by the way]
[30] me.
Is it just there on the toe end? Could he have damaged it with the dremel? maybe got it too hot or too much vibration and it cracked? Maybe it is just a nice straight crack from the manufacturing process and it slipped through QC.
