How much for the new Dovo Synthetic Diamond straight razor? Only needs to be honed every 15 years. Might require some serious equipment to do so. Ha ha!
Odds are that Gillette would pay many millions just to buy the technology and then shelve it. There would just be too much at stake if they let something like that get out on the market.
This is what someone said in the comments under the article:
"Oh wow, sounds like a plan to me. But it will never happen. Too much money at stake."
He is completely right.
Welcome to SRP. Thanks for the link but it is immaterial to me. I'm hooked on straight razor shaving. :) If you keep on with it you will be too.
