Flea market find.

I dropped into the local farmers market today, the harvest is in and the goods are wonderful.
The market also has a flea market on the premises so I had a browse through and came home with this:
World-Master 7/8(?) Half Hollow
Scales have nice inlays at both ends, blade centres nicely. Unsure of the scale material or age of the razor.
Any more info you gents can shed from experience or otherwise would be appreciated.
This is the as purchased condition.
