Thread: Help dating these Dorkos?

Can you help date this 7-Day Dorko Set?

The front of the tang says "Dorko" & "Soligen", with nothing on the reverse of the tang.
The inlay on the scales says "Dorko Registered".

The decoration applied to the blade face includes the <Dorko-in-diamond> logo and "Luxe" written in circles on each side of the center Dorko symbol.

The scales are interesting but, (unless Dorko had subsidiary razor companies under it's umbrella), are not unique to Dorko. Much better pictures of the exact same scales as are on the Dorkos are on this Estas razor pictured here: http://straightrazorpalace.com/razor...tml#post159730.

Any idea when these were produced? Any info appreciated, thanks!

(side note: I told myself I was going to wait until I got all of them cleaned up before trying them. Yeah. Sure. You know how that went. I finally caved and honed up the "Wednesday", and wow... what an amazing shaver. Consider me a Dorko Lover. )
