That's a really tough one.
It depends on several factors.
All my razors delivers great shaves, but here goes:
Filarmonica EPBD #14
Tim Zowada 7/8 Damascus Custom
C-Mon Filarmonica 8/8

I adore my Filly DT 13--I certainly go for it most often, as it provides an incredible shave no matter what length my beard is. And to think I almost sold it on a whim!! So glad that I didn't let it go!
In second place are a couple of my customs...
I can not say that one is actually the best, so here are my top 3
1. Robert Williams
2. Dovo No. 55
3. Dovo Best Class
Pabster
I run it under hot water while I'm stropping, it gets almost to hot to hold :) and I do get a good lather out of it. I don't have any "Real" shave mugs, bowls or what not. So I use what I have that might work, for a while I was using an old one cup measure :p
Like everybody else, this is a tough call. I have two that give shaves like a hot knife through butter, no pull or drag.
Kropp 6/8 round point
Boker King Cutter 11/16 round point.
Best "standard" straight is my Henckels Friodur 7/8" round point honed on a coticule and stropped on canvas and leather.
Current favorite and providing a hassle free, ridiculously close shave (if and only if used at a super flat angle, with the blade holder touching the skin) is a Feather Artist Club DX, with Professional Super blades. I must admit I love it so much I'll probably sell off my collection of razors and hones except for a favorite or two.
Right now this W&B near wedge is my best shaver. Followed closely by this Juste Judicato 1/4 hollow.
easy answer for me Joseph Rodgers near wedge when i decided to upgrade my no name swedish it took eight razors to find and it's even better than my little filarmonica but that came shave ready and rough so i'll update after i put it over the arkansas

now i'll have to sell or swap some razors to get another one
I seasoned the heck out of it and I have not had a single spot of rust pop up. After the shave I wash with very hot water, towel dry and set outside the bathroom. I have noticed that the seasoning may be getting thin so I'll season it again soon, it's been about 6 months sence it was last done.
