How to tell different grinds?

Can someone tell me how to tell the difference between the different grinds. I’m getting real good using my straight razors now I need to get good identifying them.

I think it's in the wiki, but here's the grind chart. 1 being the wedge, 14 being full hollow, and all the degrees of hollowness in between.

To my mind, the Henckels scale is borderline useless due to the ridiculous subtlety between each gradation. You are much better off making use of the chart below it in the Wiki.
