This razor is advertised in a local antiques shop. Does anyone know what it is and is it worth restoring..

It looks in poor condition although the blade looks like it would restore ok. I would guess it needs new scales. Maybe someone can make a suggestion on that too?

They are asking $15 for it.. What do you think, wast of time or worth getting and having a go?
