Do you need a wedge? Or just a silent ninja slicer? Or is a different blade grind the best justification for a new razor?
I'm betting that with marketing like that, hollows wouldn't have overtaken wedges.

Well.....as far as I'm concerned....I have two 5/8, so now I need a 6/8, 7/8, 8/8 and Apparently a wedge :)
So true. I guess I had better skip the 7 day roll up case and go straights to the 28 straight razor holder case. I was thinking about skipping all the stuff people like to talk about and go right to the ones that people have already agreed on. 5/8, 8/8, wedge. Maybe a 6/8 somewhere in there.
Don't forget that razors also have different origins. Some like sheffields, others like german made razors. There are spanish, frensh and swedish razors. Polish and russian razors. Japan has made some excellent razors. There are framebacks. Wedges. Hollows. 4/8, 5/8, 6/8, 7/8 and 8/8's. Rarities like 3/8 and 9/8's. New razors. Antique razors with history. They all feel and shave differently.
What does NOS mean? Does that mean It's cheap on here but could he sold for more money elsewhere?
