Thread: G.H. Pumacker vs. Grah Plumacher

I bought a G.H. Pumacker Black Diamond, but have also seen a Grah Plumacher Black Diamond (like the one pictured below that belongs to effx). Is the Plumacher/Pumacker just a coincidental difference in merchandiser and Black Diamond the manufacturer? Or is it the same company with a difference in spelling? Any other information would be nice.

Many very different companies used the same trademarks.
Krusius Brothers used "Black Diamond" trademark also.

Twisted I ran across a GH Pumacker Black Diamond Wedge the other day. How has yours treated you? I'm still debating going back to pick it up and polish it and get it honed.

you know, I haven't even touched this one yet... it's still waiting in the queue behind some other razors. However, the wedge will probably feel much different than my black diamond because it is hollow.

I can't remember where (maybe on the Revisor website), but I saw a Grah & Plühmacher Black Diamont, so with a T.

I have seen a number of Plumacher razors with the 'diamond' theme - blue diamond, red diamond, and so on, also 'diamant stahl' - diamond steel.

Pumacker seems impossible to track down though.
