I just won this one on e-bay. It seems that blade has unusual shape (it seems shorter than usual blades) so if anyone can identify it (maker, age....).

Yes, unfortunately that has been shortened at some point in its life. A comparison of the blade length to the scale length can often be a giveaway. Also rather unfortunately it appears the seller only gave one picture - unless it is a great picture (and even then...) I am wary of single photo ebay sales.
But happily you didn't pay too much for it! It could very well be a useful and useable razor for you, though somewhat shorter than a typical straight. Doesn't mean it cannot be used, though you might need to closely examine the metal at the end for temper issues.

My max. bid was 4 USD because I am also aware of single e-bay photos but for 4 USD there is no much damage if it is not usable for shaving.Quote:
