Thread: Information please John T. Dale Stirling "STERLINI OPPIDVM"

this razor has been sitting around here for a while i have no information on the maker but it is a great shoulderless silent shaver. it is a 5/8 half hollow or so ... feels like a WB "medium hollow ground" on the stones and the face, not a noisy full hollow.

the blade reads "STERLINI OPPIDVM" i assume the "V" is a "U" otherwise it makes no sense. looks like a dog etched into the blade as well. the shank reads "John T. Dale Stirling yes those are my fingerprints the razor is in great shape all i did was wipe it down with maas and hone it.

any info would be nice
