    Somewhat interesting that the first pictured razor is an interchangeable blade from early 19 th century!!

    That's really not a bad idea. Same as a rifle with interchangeable barrels. Same stock but different calibers! You're use to the handle and you only rotate the blade!! why didn't I think of that!

    Would love to own any of those! The decorative 'pommels' are awesome. Do you have a higher resolution version of the image?

    I did try to blow up the image but it becomes unclear since its a drawing, from an old book!

    Ide figured someone posted the image before, lots of great information in these books but they are mainly about table cutlery with limited information about razors with some great illustrations.
