I had about 50, but a few months ago I decided to downsize to 7 really good razors..............now I have 13 and a few under/waiting restoration :)
I have 9. 8 are shave ready; 7 of these (all vintage) are my daily rotation, and the other (recent-production Dovo) is the razor I travel with when that involves getting on an airplane--I figure it's easily replaced if anything happens to it. #9 (not shave ready) is a very old Wostenholm near-wedge with the very faintest remains of some sort of engraving, maybe Masonic, that I got off of the 'bay. The scales are pretty shot and I haven't made up my mind whether to get it restored or just try to sell it as-is.
I had RAD until I had acquired the 7 vintage razors that I use. Then all of a sudden, it just quit. I still look and drool, and toy with the idea of picking up a vintage Boker, but I haven't yet seen the one I just have to have.
Jesus I feel way behind now....2 shave ready...2 need honed..4 de's
I gotta get on the ball!
19 and a 1/2! Cut down one with a cracked blade. All are shave ready. I would like a few more select razors...but over all I'm lucky to have the ones I own now. Shave on Brothers!
I have ten; three are not shave ready and will never be (one I need to throw, the other two just aren't nice shaves).
Of the seven remaining I have three favourites; a Red Imp, J.Askham and a W&B regrind from Alex Jacques. Also a lovely Kamisori of which I constantly fall in and out of love with.
I have managed to fill up 4 Alembic cases, thats 28 all up. 13 are shave ready the rest in various stages of getting them shave ready.

This coming from the man using razors as decoration in tables and wall art!!!!:rofl2:
I have seen your "collection" Tom!!!
I'm sitting around 80ish in shave rotation but it is always changing as I'm aquiring or restoring. I like it at that number as I get to luse them more frequently then once a year.
