Default Information on my razors?? =)

    Hello all,

I am a recent collector of straight razors and have found these razors over the last few weeks. Was wondering if anyone out there could tell me as much about these blades as possible, as im having trouble finding out information.

No need to check - its definately bone. the little black 'pores' that are visable at the pivot there are the remains of the vascular system within the bone. BTW some nice servicable razors you have there, though the faux tortoise razor seems to have suffered from cell-rot.

Thankyou for the back up info on the bone Klopp, what kind of bone would it be? and what age?
as i am unable to find anything about this razor or the others...
yes i picked up the faux tortoise shell one today and the blade isnt in very good condition has big chip at the end and a crack about half way down the blade and is about 3/4 of the width of the blade, also had quite a bit of rust on bottom half of the blade and top half was pretty much rust and mark free.
