A little info on my ebay buy

I just won this and like to know a little info on it as im new to STP on the blade its engraved BUR in a circle and engraved - extra superb engaved on blade with bur in a circle. plus patterned engraving on top rim part of blade on both sides
could it be 1920's 1930's ?????
im planing on restoring this razor so if you have any tips on wheres best to start with it would be a big help
