Well, I am not familiar with Kanan Bros, But it is most likely a retailer. Not a Robeson, but in a Robeson pouch. Many makers seemed to have used the Blue Steel moniker. Those scales are often referred to as "End of Day" as at the end of the day, all colors were tossed in and some cool coloring resulted. Use caution as they may be fragile from age!
"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
    I rest my case.

As Sharptonn sez, the pouch is for a Robeson, but your razor is definitely NOT a Robeson. There is no mention of Kanan Bros. in Goins'. Suspect that they are a local hardware or barber supply outfit that had their company name stamped on razors bought wholesale from some German manufacturer and retailed by them.
