Thread: kamisori? ID help

The following showed up in a package from my uncle yesterday along with a 2 line Swaty and a couple others that I know.

I can make out six circles a 50 and four oval indentations. The handle is wrapped in cloth. From what I am told I think he bought it in Japan probably in the 1970s.
