Dorko Question
I purchased a Dorko 7/8ths NOS and am trying research when it was made. I am pretty sure it is pre WWII as the logo does not include the new partner who joined the company after the war. The vendor also indicated it to be pre WWII. The blade is marked "made in Germany" in English and the paper insert that came with the razor is in Portugues. Seems odd to me. Obviously it was made for the North American market and then distributed to either Brazil or Portugal. Does anyone have any insight? I find it curious.

Upon closer inspection I think it is a post WWII razor. The paper insert has the name Dorko Stahlwarenfabrik on the logo. According the this site, that addition did not occur until after the war. I can't find the logo that came with the razor.

That is one very pretty razor! Funny how the image and razor do not match.
