    Sorry to bring back an old thread but if you use...

    Sorry to bring back an old thread but if you use the 1000 grit, do you start with a 320 then go straight to 1000 or do you do something like a 600 in between.

    Buy 9" X 11" Wet Sand Sheet 320 Grit (5), NORTON Wet Sand Sheets, Sandpaper,

    is this the type of sand paper I could use to lap a stone...such as the naniwa super stones.
