100 on laitgo after honing, 40 felt/60 on Bridle leather before each shave and 20 on Bridle after every shave.

THEN at...
I do 40 on the felt, 60 on leather,
THEN at mid/shave another 20/20
then after the shave another 20/20
seems fairly effective, for me at least.
