This pivot is 1/16"
I like oversized scales. I have grabbed one too many blades that had inadequate protection. Not artisan quality, but loads of enjoyment.

Now its gets a little...just a little tricky. 1/16 would be the way to go, but measuring the pivot is your best shot. I initially stated 3/16. I was incorrect. The best bet is to visit your hobby...

Your Local Hobby Shop
If not I am sure that they will direct you. It is a common part for model car, and train builders/enthusiast. Ask for 3/16 brass rods.
