I havent had that problem with the scent in the microwave, I stand there and watch through the glass and actually shut it down before it totally melts then I open the door and put it on the counter...

Maybe I do have a problem because now I wanna go smell my soaps , I'll talk to yo guys later.

stanly Im not to sure about that, he said under the soap, I would imagine it could get pretty gross under that puck if stayed constantly wet underneath. Maybe I'll run an experiment on that.

Whew , yes they did solidify. They even lathered up the same as before I melted them.

Update, the soap takes less then 10 seconds to melt in the microwave, but is still in a liquid state in there bowls 20 mins later..... biting my nails here, I hope this stuff hardens up ...lol

Update, the soaps are cooling and starting to skin over, the tops are nice and smooth again and look like new.
