    Very tough to hone, but they're very hard, too. (60-62 Rc). At least for me, they just wiped the hair off.

    Here are the last two. All the handles are cocobolo. Alternated between CPM154CM stainless steel and Mike Blue 15N20&1095 pattern-welded steel.

    My First 7-Day Set

    Technically, I guess it's not a 7-day set, as the customer only ordered 7 alike, as opposed to having the days of the week etched on the spine, but it's close enough. Hope you like.
