Well, if the taper is that bad...chuck the razor....
Well, if the taper is that bad...chuck the razor. Usually the toe only tapers to 1/16" or 1/8" shorter than the heel. Not a big difference.

I had a DD with uneven wear. I just honed it up and it shaved great!
