I can understand that sentiment. I enjoy making user knives most. Any kind of use....even if it's just as a letter opener. Which is also why you won't see €500 knives from me anytime soon.

Don't know about that. If properly done a fancy blade can be used just fine as well.....it's just that must buyers fear using them because of damage. Also most fancy blades took a LOT more work to...
